British tennis participant Tara Moore has been provisionally suspended after testing constructive for banned substances beneath the game’s anti-doping guidelines.
The Worldwide Tennis Integrity Company (ITIA) on Wednesday stated the 29-year-old Moore, who’s ranked 83rd in doubles, examined constructive for nandrolone metabolites and Boldenone throughout a WTA match in Colombia in April.
“The participant now has the chance to request that the B pattern is analyzed to see if that confirms the A pattern,” the ITIA stated.

Moore responded on her social media accounts, saying she has “by no means knowingly taken a banned substance in my profession.”
“I’m investigating how the constructive end result may have occurred and stay up for proving that I’m a clear athlete,” she wrote. “I’m deeply saddened by the provisional suspension and hope to be again on the courtroom as quickly as potential.”
