Ajay Nayak, a former electoral officer of Bihar, has been appointed because the returning officer for the Hockey India elections to be carried out by October 9. The appointment was made throughout a gathering held between the Worldwide Hockey Federation (FIH) and the Committee of Directors (CoA).

“They are going to be assuming their positions with rapid impact,” the nationwide federation mentioned in an announcement.
