China’s Snooker participant Chen Zifan suspended amid match-fixing investigation

China’s Chen Zifan has been suspended from the World Snooker Tour as a part of an investigation into alleged match-fixing, the World Skilled Billiards and Snooker Affiliation (WPBSA) mentioned on Friday.

The WPBSA suspended earlier this month six Chinese language gamers: Lu Ning, Li Dangle, Zhao Jianbo, Bai Langning, Chang Bingyu and Yan Bingtao - as a part of the match-fixing investigation.

Their compatriot Liang Wenbo was suspended in October pending the outcomes of a misconduct investigation.

Chen, 27, has the appropriate to attraction the ban.
